Terms of delivery
Delivery of goods
- Minimum order quantity - 1 of your chosen goods (not valid when buying a gift voucher).
- The order basket can consist of different items.
- The goods are delivered to the address specified by you or to the ATM selected.
- Delivery price all over Lithuania 3.50 € (delivery in Neringa municipality costs 24.20 €)
- When buying goods for 70.00 € and more, delivery is free
- The goods will be delivered by courier within 2 working days.
- An order is considered received on a specific day if it is placed and payment is received by 11:00 on that day. In case the payment method is chosen to pay for the goods upon delivery by the courier, the order is considered received from the time it is made.
- Upon receiving the order, the buyer must check that the order is intact (not wrinkled, wet or otherwise
externally damaged). It is also necessary to check that the shipment is not damaged from the inside or
that all ordered goods have arrived.
- In case the order is damaged or certain goods are missing, the order should not be accepted.
- Upon acceptance of the order by the buyer or the buyer's representative and signing in the data logger or paper delivery confirmation provided by the representative of the transport company without comments, the oder is considered delivered in undamaged packaging and corresponds to the quantity, quality and range of goods.
Returning the goods
- In case the product is of poor quality, the buyer must inform www.aliejausmagija.lt store administration about quality defects within 48 hours.
- The buyer can inform about the purchased goods of poor quality by phone +370 672 01778 or e-mail email@example.com.
- We will ship the defective product at our own expense and replace it with the proper product or refund the money paid for the defective product. The balance of the product cannot be less than 95%.
- In case the buyer wishes to receive a refund for returned goods of poor quality, e-mail must be sent to request a refund by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- the request for a refund, the buyer must indicate: name, surname, order number, name and quantity of the defective item, and the reason for the refund.
- The money is returned to the buyer back to the bank account from which the goods were paid for.
- The money is returned within 2 working days from the submitted written (e-mail) request of the buyer and sending the goods of incorrect quality to the seller.
